Our international study group would like to welcome you to our upcoming BioBasics EU course on the beautiful Dutch coast. We are looking forward to meeting new and old colleagues alike, as we share our joy and curiosity for Osteopathy.
Our gift as Osteopaths lies in our capacity to perceive and interact with the Health in our patients. But what is the Health, what did Dr Still mean by Health and how can we as Osteopaths perceive this?
We would like to take you on an osteopathic journey… that begins with the biomechanical model, continues to the functional model, and leads to the discovery of “Primary Respiration” as a Therapeutic Force in the Biodynamic Model of Osteopathy in the Cranial Field.
You will be assisted in hands-on practicals by experienced practicioners who have worked with this approach for a long time.
Our aim is to clearly perceive motion permitted and motion present, leading to a sense of the Health in the lesion, which will take us through the doorway to the Health in the Whole.
We also hope to give you a taster of what the biodynamic model of Osteopathy in the Cranial Field has to offer.
